AI Driver's License / Employee Training
WM aquatec – AI Driver's License: Employee Training in Line with the EU AI Act
A one-day AI Driver's License for employees from all departments: AI fundamentals, limitations and hallucinations, relevant tools, and group work on their own use cases — with a certificate and in line with Article 4 of the EU AI Act.
Starting point
The EU AI Act (Article 4) requires companies to train their employees in the use of AI. WM aquatec is not a tech company — they build excellent physical products for water hygiene in the mobile sector. That is precisely why the question arises: where does AI potential lie in a classic SME with manual, repetitive, and time-intensive processes?
Solution
Delivery of the TAISC AI Driver’s License with employees from all departments: how AI works, where its strengths and limitations lie, how to handle hallucinations, which tools are truly relevant — including data protection and security. Four areas of application were in focus: marketing (content, image and video generation, product photos), support (complex inquiries based on data sheets and manuals), sales & productivity (presentations, dealer search), and software development (building your own tools with AI). Highlight: group work in which participants developed their own use cases for their day-to-day work.
