Issue
A leading B2B procurement SaaS company wanted to move beyond strategic AI positioning and actually integrate it into their development process. The question: which features can be built faster and better with AI — and what does that look like in practice?
Solution
Two-part engagement: first, a tailored AI transformation workshop for the development team (customized to the client’s SDLC). Then, prototypical development of a Supplier Risk Intelligence Agent as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) — demonstrating how AI features can conceptually be implemented in an existing SaaS architecture.
