Baukraft360 – AI Software for Building Surveyors (Funded MVP)

Starting point

Building surveyors often still work with a clipboard, a digital camera and Word. Each site visit produces 20 to 50 photos that are inserted into the document by hand. Depending on scope, a single report takes 5 to 40 hours, and one surveyor writes 40 to 60 of them per year.

The software on the market feels like it is from the Windows 95 era: no mobile app, no AI, no modern interface. At the same time, the industry is short of skilled workers. Every hour spent on post-processing is an hour missing for the next job.

Solution

For k-oenic projectconsulting UG, TAISC is building a funded MVP that digitizes the inspection report process:

• AI-assisted drafting of inspection reports
• Digital signature (eIDAS-compliant)
• GDPR-compliant cloud archiving for 10 years
• Legal compliance per DEKRA standards
• Web app plus native apps for Android and iOS

The AI produces drafts, while professional responsibility stays with the surveyor, who reviews and signs. In a specialist product like this, the human-in-the-loop principle is a given.
