Issue

Building inspectors still work with clipboards, digital cameras, and manual Word documentation. Copy-paste between multiple tools, broken workflows, no app, no modern UX. Existing software vendors in the market are stuck in the Windows 95 era: no mobile app, no AI, no modern interface — while the sector faces an extreme shortage of skilled workers.

Solution

Development of a funded MVP (rapid prototyping, 6 weeks) that digitizes the entire inspection process: AI-assisted draft creation, digital signatures, GDPR-compliant 10-year cloud archiving, and legal compliance per DEKRA standards. Available as web app and native app for Android and iOS.
