We consult, build, and implement individually tailored software and AI solutions — from strategic advisory through implementations/AI automations, MVP/prototyping, all the way to custom development and support for running applications. Not to replace people, but as a tool to empower them and boost their productivity. We work with cutting-edge technologies, deep domain and methodological expertise, and a genuine hands-on mentality.

Your Role

• Workshops and consulting on-site with clients in the DACH region (primarily Baden-Württemberg / Greater Stuttgart & Karlsruhe)
• Developing digitalization concepts, roadmaps, and strategies
• Analyzing and recommending IT systems and interfaces

What to Expect

• You develop concepts, workflows & automations that solve real problems (not for PowerPoint slides!)
• AI is your daily tool across every phase of consulting and delivery — you use it deliberately, but think for yourself, question results critically, and own the outcome.
• You contribute to client projects and take on your first work packages and sub-projects (and eventually entire projects)
• You bring in your own ideas: suitable tools, internal and client processes, content, upselling …
• You learn the fundamentals of software development and software architecture

What You Bring

• A completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or computer science with an entrepreneurial mindset)
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for software, AI, and modern tools: you use AI as a deliberate extension of your own skills — not a replacement for them.
• First experience or projects in consulting
• Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders (no jargon)
• You like to try things beyond your studies — side projects, student consulting, or a first venture. (Not a must, but we love to see what you’ve built or done.)
• A hands-on mentality: you try things out instead of debating for ages — and you’re not shy about construction or similar industries.
• You want to grow and help shape the future of Germany’s Mittelstand.

• We occasionally work together in Karlsruhe or Pforzheim (usually 1 day per week), combining co-working on-site, time at clients, and flexible remote work. Regular on-site client meetings are important (mostly in the Greater Stuttgart/Karlsruhe area — otherwise travel costs are covered). Not a remote-only job!
